The eccentric worm gear pump is a displacement pump with a single rotating axle. In addition to the motor, a stainless steel rotor and a rubber stator are the most important components. Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, these pumps can pump discharges up to 200 m3 with pressures up to 24 bar and temperatures up to 100°C. These worm gear pumps can be equipped with various motors: directly coupled motor, reduction motor, motor with variable rotational speed, converted reduction motor.

The MAV series is a vertical eccentric worm gear pump manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel. It was developed for pump lift installations in which the intake is immersed in the product. Extraordinarily suited for emptying vats, barrels and containers. Used for liquids with various characteristics, such as abrasive media, with low to medium viscosity or with suspended fibres and solid material. They can be installed on a special manual operated or pneumatically operated trolley.
