The eccentric screw pump is a displacement pump with a single rotating shaft. In addition to the motor, a stainless steel rotor and a rubber stator are the most important components. Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, these pumps can pump discharges up to 200 m3 with pressures up to 24 bar and temperatures up to 100°C. These eccentric screw pumps can be equipped with various motors: directly coupled motor, reduction motor, motor with variable rotational speed, converted reduction motor.

The MC2CR series eccentric screw pump is a model equipped with a funnel and double-synchronised pre-feed screws, mounted under a bulkhead. The blades of the bulkhead finely chop the product and push it toward the bottom of the funnel. The two pre-feed screws subsequently push the product into the pump stator.
