The PHARMAFLO heat exchanger is designed to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s need / demand for a highly hygienic design of tube heat exchanger. The PHARMAFLO heat exchanger is manufactured for small-diameter tubes in an external jacket with tube plates at both extremities. This solution eliminates the possibility of contamination of the sterile product by the service medium. It is equipped with a compensator which has been installed on the tube’s external jacketing. The product to be thermally treated flows into the smaller tubes while service medium flows inside the external jacketing. The Pharmaflo series is especially suitable for thermal exchange processing of pharmaceutical liquids with low or medium viscosity, such as WFI and condensation applications.
