The Mixflo Monotube heat exchanger is composed of two concentrically corrugated tubes. The product to be thermally treated flows into the smaller inner tube while service medium flows into the external jacketing.

The Mixflo Monotube series is typically manufactured from 316L stainless steel (other types of material are available on request). Finishing product side Ra <0,8 μm. Standard pressure 10 bar (higher pressures are available depending on the connections used). Standard temperature up to 184°C. Various connection options are available: DIN, clamp, SMS, BS, flange.
