The eccentric screw pump is a displacement pump with a single rotating shaft. In addition to the motor, a stainless steel rotor and a rubber stator are the most important components. Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, these pumps can pump discharges up to 200 m3 with pressures up to 24 bar and temperatures up to 100°C. These eccentric screw pumps can be equipped with various motors: directly coupled motor, reduction motor, motor with variable rotational speed, converted reduction motor.

The MCR-series eccentric screw pump is a model with a funnel, mortar and bridge breaker for dense products, blocks or chunks which have the tendency to from a bridge over the mortar screw. The bridge breaker with separate reduction motor breaks apart the product to be pumped, with the result that any blockages are cleared, whereupon the product can be guided to the inflow supply screw. Just like the MC series, these pumps are available with a sealing cap.
