The eccentric screw pump is a displacement pump with a single rotating shaft. In addition to the motor, a stainless steel rotor and a rubber stator are the most important components. Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel, these pumps can pump discharges up to 200 m3 with pressures up to 24 bar and temperatures up to 100°C. These eccentric screw pumps can be equipped with various motors: directly coupled motor, reduction motor, motor with variable rotational speed, converted reduction motor.

The MC series eccentric screw pumps are equipped with a funnel and a mortar for viscous products that do not freely flow into a pipe. The upper part is equipped with a rectangular flange to which any type of conveyor belt can be attached. As an alternative, the sealing cap equipped with a pipe fitting makes it possible to use an “MC” pump for those applications more characteristically associated with MA-series pumps.
